How long is the sale for?
The sale is valid from June 12th until 28th June 11.59pm, unless extended or while stocks last.
Can I use a discount code?
Products included in the EOFY Sale already have their discounts automatically applied, so no code is needed on sale items 🙌 Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. No further discounts can be used.
Gift cards can’t be purchased using discount codes, but gift cards can absolutely be used as a payment method on sale orders 🎉
How do i get a Free gift?
There are two ways to receive a free gift. A Free bag of fizz is offered to purchases over $200 before shipping. The free gift cannot be exchanged for a different item or refunded for cash.
You can also receive a Free potion bottle gift set with any of our standard bundles *under the bundle tab only) whilst stock last.
How do I know if my order went through?
Once your order has been placed, we’ll send a confirmation email straight to your inbox 🎉
If you can’t see it, make sure to check your spam or junk folder too, sometimes emails like to hide in there. You can also check your payment account for a matching transaction to confirm your order was successful.

How long will shipping take during the sale?
Our potion pixies will be working as hard and as fast as they can to get orders out the door during the EOFY Sale 📦
Please allow a little extra time for dispatch during this busy period. It can exceed out to 10 business days.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your front door. 🚚✨
If you need your order urgently, Please select express delivery as your first option and you can also contact our customer service team if you need to check anything.
Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?
Unfortunately due to things moving super fast during sale periods, we cannot always combine multiple orders. You are welcome to email us at magic@thelittlepotionco.com.au with your orders numbers as soon as you possible and we can do our very best to capture this.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
Our website updates product availability as things sell, but sometimes a bunch of people check out at the exact same time and stock runs out in a flash, and unfortunately there are some items we have only limited numbers on during the sale.
All items are available while supplies last. We do not offer rain checks on sold-out products.
Will items be restocked during the sale?
Due to the nature of the sale, most items won't be restocked again during the sale, so once they're gone, they're gone for the length of the sale. You may occasionally see small quantities pop back up due to cancelled orders or quantity limit adjustments, but these are very limited and not a full restock. Our best advice is to grab what you love as soon as you see it!
