Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The Little Potion Co 7th Birthday Promotion runs from Friday 25th September 9am until Sunday 27th September 9pm AEST (“Promotion Period”).
Orders must be placed and payment successfully processed during the Promotion Period to qualify.
2. Free Party Favour Gift
Customers who spend AUD $50 or more on products, after discounts and before shipping, during the Promotion Period will receive one FREE Party Favour with their order, while stocks last.
There is a limit of one free Party Favour gift per qualifying order, regardless of the total order value or number of products purchased.
The free gift cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or another product.
3. Golden Ticket Promotion
In addition to the free Birthday Fizz, 7 eligible orders will be randomly selected to receive a Golden Ticket.
To qualify for the Golden Ticket draw, an order must contain AUD $50 or more of products, after discounts and before shipping.
Each qualifying order receives one entry into the Golden Ticket draw.
If a customer places more than one separate qualifying order during the Promotion Period, each qualifying order will receive one entry, but only that one order will be refunded if you win.
4. How the Golden Tickets Are Selected
After the Promotion Period closes, all eligible order numbers will be exported and 7 winning orders will be selected at random using a random selection generator.
Each eligible order will have an equal chance of being selected.
The draw will take place on Monday 28th September at 10am at The Little Potion Co, Victoria, Australia.
The seven winning order numbers will be recorded and a Golden Ticket will be placed inside each winning order before it is dispatched.
5. The Prize
Each of the 7 Golden Ticket winners will receive a refund equal to the actual amount paid for their winning order, including shipping, up to a maximum prize value of AUD $500 per winning order (or equivalent value in the currency paid).
For example, if the total amount paid for the winning order, including shipping, was AUD $126.95, the prize will be AUD $126.95. If the total amount paid exceeds AUD $500, the maximum prize value will be AUD $500 or its equivalent.
Discounts or promotional codes applied to the winning order will not be included in the refund beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.
The prize applies only to the corresponding winning order and cannot be transferred to another order.
6. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
All 7 winners will be notified via the email address associated with their winning order.
A Golden Ticket will also be included inside their parcel.
Winners will be asked to contact The Little Potion Co at magic@thelittlepotionco.com.au and provide their name and order number so their prize can be verified and processed.
No additional purchase or payment is required to claim the prize.
7. How the Refund Will Be Paid
Once verified, the prize will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the winning order, wherever reasonably possible.
Alternatively, the winner may choose to receive the equivalent prize value as a The Little Potion Co gift card.
The gift card will be issued for the same value as the refund the winner would otherwise have received and remains subject to the AUD $500 maximum prize value (or equivalent).
8. Eligibility
The promotion is open to customers who place a qualifying order through The Little Potion Co website during the Promotion Period in a country or region to which The Little Potion Co accepts and ships orders.
Employees of The Little Potion Co and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent, subject to a payment reversal or otherwise determined to be invalid before the draw will not be eligible.
If a winning order is subsequently determined to be ineligible before the prize is awarded, another eligible order will be randomly selected.
9. General Conditions
The Little Potion Co reserves the right to verify the validity of an order and a winner's eligibility before awarding a prize.
The Little Potion Co is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact information supplied by a customer that prevents the Promoter from contacting a winner.
If circumstances outside The Little Potion Co's reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted as planned, The Little Potion Co may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
